Resizing objects or pictures seems like a simple task but sometimes we need accuracy and this sometimes becomes complicated. This program allows the user to scale up or down dimensions using a simple user friendly interface. The “Solve For:” button allows the problem to be setup using enlarge/reduce or or ratio. The enlarge/reduce option allows the user to input one dimension and a ratio between 0 and 500%, 0 to 100% to reduce and 100% and up to enlarge. Don’t know what the Ratio is, simply choose the ratio option that allows the user to input two dimensions one small and one larger. The program then calculates the ratio. Using the adjustor controls or keyboard for input values results in instantaneously calculations. A display shows the relative size of the two dimensions in terms of two squares plotted. The display updates as the user enters data showing the relative size of the enlargement or reduction. When you are done simply Email the results to your home computer for further analysis or just enter another number to ratio up or down. This program is a must for Students, Artist, Graphic designer and Engineers. It makes the complex understandable. Simply the best ratio and proportion program.

Both a help screen and glossary of terms screen have been included to simplify understanding.

Features:

- Updates as You Edit
- Displays relative size of enlarge or reduce.
- Calculates the ratio from two dimensions.
- Number Pad Digital Entry
- Adjustor buttons to increment the inputs
- Help Screen, Glossary
- Email results to base computer

Example: A picture measuring 4 x 6 needs to be enlarged to fit a 16 x 20 frame what is should the enlarging copy machine be set to? Select "ratio" and enter 4 and 16. The answer is 400%. Now check 6 and 20. The answer is 333%. Using the smaller of the two numbers set the copy machine to 333%. What is the height when using 333%. Select "enlarge/reduce" and enter 4 for the original height. Note that when set on 333% the height of the enlarged picture is 13.3 in.
Choose metric units and the program converts inches to millimeters. When finished E mail the results to your base computer. Note that as the ratio changes the drawing of squares shows the relative sizes of the enlarged or reduced dimension. See the Glossary screen is any of the terms are unfamiliar.

Change any of the parameters by the keyboard or by using the adjuster arrow buttons. Note that as the user changes any entry the calculations change as well.
